Great service from start to finish. Easy free quote which was the best rate out of 3 I tried and they are Trane HVAC systems. Noel, Angel and Ranier were prompt and on time, very clean and did a professional install. Including straightening duct work for better flow. The system works amazing and now I don’t don’t have to stress about my old units breaking in the summer. The owner Don came by during the install as well to check up on the job. Had a great experience with this company and specifically Lorenzo G. who was the tech who came out to investigate a suspected leak. He provided a thorough inspection of my AC unit and provided my family with peace of mind after diagnosing the system. Would definitely recommend this company for their overall efficiency in terms of scheduling the service visit in a timely manner. Lorenzo G provided a great customer experience and was empathetic to our concerns and was able to communicate with me clearly throughout the process explaining what he was doing and the reasoning behind it. You’re lucky to have a great employee who is thorough and goes above and beyond to ensure that customers have a great experience. Replaced two full units, furnaces and condensers, in February with Super Service Cooling and had a great experience overall. Two months later, the system has run both heat and cool and it's been working flawlessly. Started off with Ranier who suggested a couple of new returns for the rooms above the garage which run cold in the winter and hot in the summer. Installers did a great job and they look like they've always been there. So far, they've been working great to circulate the air in these problematic rooms. Noel, David, Angel, Gio, Kyle and Karl was the team for install. They arrived early and finished the job in the one day. They were respectful of our home and communicative since we left the house for much of the install. This is a professional team and company and I do feel like they care about their customers. Rafael was professional and beyond helpful discussing our whole house remodel. Step one is converting our guest bath from a tub to walk in shower. Rough in was complete today and the results are outstanding. He repiped the drain, rerouted the vent and roughed in the shower valve. Highly recommended. Read Less
