Steve Sanderson is an amazing guy. He was thorough and informative. He answered my questions before I even asked them. He was knowledgeable about all of our HVAC systems and had a great explanation to our problems that have been been unresolved with other companies. He went above and beyond for us and I will personally want Steve to come out to any new houses I live at, my moms house, dad's house, and my grandparents. Lorenzo came out to do an inspection on a unit of a house that I’m currently buying and he showed up at at least 10 minutes early. Got right to work and was very informative. Looks like they’re very honest and they sure know everything about their business. I’ve already booked them my next appointment for my other property next Tuesday and I’m sure it’s going to be another good experience. Highly recommended and their prices are very fair for the inspection and also for the tuneup. I’m not sure about any of the other services yet but we’ll probably also write about that later. Steven showed up on time and was very professional. He patiently explained what was working well and what may fail, but could be left for now, and what really needed to be fixed immediately.
