Steve Sanderson is an amazing guy. He was thorough and informative. He answered my questions before I even asked them. He was knowledgeable about all of our HVAC systems and had a great explanation to our problems that have been been unresolved with other companies. He went above and beyond for us and I will personally want Steve to come out to any new houses I live at, my moms house, dad's house, and my grandparents. Steven was fantastic. Our heat was out at the house and after a horrible experience with another company dealing with no heat for two days Steven had us getting heat within an hour plus. Would totally recommend Super Service. They were also on time and truthful. Read Less

Super Service just finished my whole house duct replacement and did a wonderful job. They were on time, efficient and very professional. Set up and left the place just as it was before they got there.Noel, David and Kyle Were extremely professional and answered all questions we had. I had a new Nest thermostat, but when I attempted to install myself, the wiring on the existing thermostat was unlabeled and had extra wires. Called Super Service Cooling and Heating and they were very responsive kept me up to date on when their technician Steve would arrive. Steve was very helpful and immediately sorted out the wiring and installed my Nest. Steve also patiently waited to make sure everything was setup properly and explained the features.
