Man, they were the Hero’s today. We came home from a camping trip to no A/C, they were responsive and came right out. The unit needed replaced as we had already done some repairs to it last year. The next morning we came to a fair price and they were literally on the way to install the new unit. I had a new Nest thermostat, but when I attempted to install myself, the wiring on the existing thermostat was unlabeled and had extra wires. Called Super Service Cooling and Heating and they were very responsive kept me up to date on when their technician Steve would arrive. Steve was very helpful and immediately sorted out the wiring and installed my Nest. Steve also patiently waited to make sure everything was setup properly and explained the features. I’d been having trouble with my sump pump for days. It kept clogging up and failing, and several plumbers came out, took a look, and couldn’t figure it out. Meanwhile, I was worried about flooding, with no real solution in sight. Then Super Service Plumbing sent their guy, and this one finally nailed it. He checked the pump, found the motor was gunked up with debris that no one else spotted, and thoroughly cleaned it out.
